Sackers named as most highly recommended by clients in LB100 ranking

In a new ranking, Sackers has been named the most highly recommended law firm in the LB100, based on feedback from nearly 80,000 law firm clients. This recognition places Sackers at the top of the rankings for client satisfaction, surpassing some of the UK’s most prominent legal firms.

The rankings are based on a simple yet powerful question asked of Legal 500 referees during the research process for the prestigious L500 rankings: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?”

With over 77,000 responses coming from firms in the LB100, Legal 500 used the Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a powerful market research metric – to measure client satisfaction. NPS is calculated by taking the percentage of ‘promoters’ (respondents that score firms nine or 10) and subtracting the percentage of ‘detractors’ (those scoring firms six or less). Sackers scored a remarkable 82.9%
