Sackers has been recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer 2025 in the UK.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases our dedication to making Sackers a great place to work through our various people practices in areas including Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. An example of this is our recent initiative to enhance many of our employee benefits above the statutory minimum, including carer’s leave and family leave. Our family leave policy provides working parents, regardless of gender, 26 weeks of full pay. We pride ourselves on our inclusive culture and providing this “gold standard” policy is an example of the firm incentivising co-parents, as well as birth mothers, to take time off work to care for their babies.
