Sackers announces new hires

Sackers today announced the appointment of associate director Polly Ehrman and associate Emma Scott.

Polly Ehrman is an experienced derivatives and finance lawyer, who joins Sackers from Morrison Foerster. At Sackers, she will be advising trustees, employers and providers on a broad range of DB and DC investment-related work. She has a particular interest in risk transfer transactions, collateral and custody arrangements, securities lending and repurchase agreements, funding and investing in alternative assets (including illiquid assets).

Emma Scott is a banking and finance lawyer who joins the firm from Clifford Chance where she qualified in 2022. At Sackers, she will be advising trustees and employers on a variety of finance and investment matters, including alternative funding solutions, pooled fund arrangements and secondary transfers.
