I advise trustees and employers on wide ranging issues in connection with their DB and DC arrangements, across a number of industries and sectors. I have also advised a number of public sector schemes on a variety of governance and investment matters, as well as providing advice to the trustees of a large DC mastertrust in relation to transfers into the scheme.

I advise on day-to-day scheme governance matters, including amendments to the governing documentation of schemes, interpreting pensions legislation and guidance, member queries and communications as well as providing training to trustees. I also regularly advise and assist in relation to projects, for example, benefit rectification exercises, including changes resulting from GMP equalisation and buy-in and buy-out transactions of various sizes.
