I assist with advising trustees and employers on a wide range of issues in relation to both DB and DC pension arrangements.

My experience includes interpreting pensions legislation and scheme documentation, advising on day-to-day queries, trustee powers and discretions and reviewing third party provider contracts. I also have a range of project-based experience including rule consolidations, setting up a corporate trustee, GDPR contract review exercises and transfers to a master trust.

I have also previously advised on scheme governance, including drafting trustee policies and evidencing governance arrangements in Chair’s statements.
