I advise trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions disputes, working closely with the rest of the pensions litigation team to assist clients in resolving a variety of contentious matters.

This includes advising clients on member complaints under schemes’ internal dispute resolution procedures and before the Pensions Ombudsman, as well as advising on regulatory matters. I also advise on professional negligence claims, and rectification actions, and have experience of applications to the High Court, mediation and commercial litigation in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
