I advise trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions disputes, working closely with the rest of the pensions litigation team to assist clients in resolving a variety of contentious matters.

This includes advising clients on member complaints under schemes’ internal dispute resolution procedures and before the Pensions Ombudsman. I also assist on professional negligence claims, and rectification actions, and have experience of with mediation and commercial litigation in the High Court.
