I advise trustees and employers on the full range of pensions law, including Trust law, pensions regulator powers and clearance, tax issues, discrimination and technical pensions law compliance.

My project experience includes advice on derisking transactions, GMP equalisation and corporate projects affecting DB schemes involving funding, investment and covenant support structures.

On the derisking side, I have worked on some of the largest in the market to date.  I have also developed a proposition for small schemes wishing to transact on pre-negotiated terms with the large insurers.

I am on the Investment Committee of the APL.
