As Director of Business Development, my role is to develop and implement the firm’s business development and marketing strategy and manage the business development team.

I am a senior marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience working with professional services firms, both in-house and as a consultant. I relish the challenge of working within a partnership environment and enjoy working with the lawyers at Sackers to nurture existing clients, win new ones and maintain the leading reputation of the firm.

The business development team oversees our client relationship programme and is the first port of call for any new business enquiry. We are also responsible for marketing communication, brand and corporate identity, media relations, events and co-ordinating our links with the wider pension world.

Between 2015 and 2018, I was a Non-Executive Director on the board of Pension Quality Mark, the standard that recognises high quality DC pension schemes. Since 2017, I have been a trustee of a DB scheme in the professional services sector.
