I advise trustees and employers on a broad range of issues in relation to DB, DC and hybrid pension schemes.

My experience includes advising on derisking, scheme mergers, GMP equalisation and conversion, member queries and member communications. I also assist with a range of governance issues and activities, including assisting with the preparation for the upcoming General Code.

I act for a number of DC schemes and master trusts, which has allowed me to gain experience in relation to master trusts transfers, fund mapping exercises and the preparation of DC governance statements.

I have an interest in equality, diversity and inclusion within the pensions industry and I am Vice Chair of the Research & Insights Committee of Next Gen Pensions.
