I advise trustees and sponsoring employers on a wide range of pensions issues affecting their DB and DC pension arrangements.

My clients include schemes of various sizes, operating in a number of industry sectors (including financial, technology, transport, and services sectors).

My recent experience includes working on buy-in and buy-out projects, negotiating service provider contracts, drafting various scheme documentation and providing advice to clients in relation to corporate reorganisation projects. I also have a particular interest in advising trustees regarding their role in relation to the campaign to detect and prevent pension liberation fraud and how to treat transfer requests in light of recently amended pensions legislation in this area.

My other responsibilities include my role as a committee member of the PLSA South London group.
